That means migration planning across distributed site portfolios, service and product strategy, and the coordination required when a change touches regulated endpoints that cannot be taken offline.

He has experience working with carriers, channel and reseller partners, policymakers, enterprise customers, and regulated communications use cases — including fire alarm panels, elevator emergency phones, and other life-safety lines where the replacement path has to satisfy a code or an inspector, not just a technical requirement.
