DATAREMOTE and POTS IN A BOX are registered trademarks of DataRemote, Inc. (“DataRemote’s Trademarks”). All other trademarks or service marks belong to their respective owners. Both have been registered with the USPTO as follows:

DataRemote’s Trademarks may not be used in connection with any other product or service that is not sold or distributed by DataRemote or on DataRemote’s behalf by authorized partners in any manner that is likely to cause public confusion, or to disparage, or discredit DataRemote. You may use DataRemote’s Trademarks in a manner that does not modify them, infringe on our ownership or attribute them to another product or service.

All usages of a DataRemote trademark must be accompanied by the appropriate symbol for the registered trademark (®).
